Beyond Reporting: Cool Ways to use your Enterprise Data Warehouse

Integrated data and reports are just a beginning. There are a dozen ways to branch out and be more competitive using what you already have in your EDW. Since every company is different, we will review the many ways Teradata clients are exploiting their EDW.

This session reviews best practices in aligning with corporate strategy, adoption patterns for advanced analytics, automated decision making, managing by exception, and the convergence of BI with Process Management. Included are examples of how others are using SAP BW, Microsoft Analysis Server, and SAS with Teradata. The session culminates with case studies of Active Call Centres, Active Web, and Business Activity Monitoring.
