James also draws upon his previous experiences in various customer roles, encompassing areas such as Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Analytics. This experience has been spread across many industries, with a particular focus on Financial Services, Telecommunications and Government.
Architecture advisory and best practices continue to be a key part of James' current role, with the responsibility for a virtual team of SAS Architects both in Sales Support and Implementation capacities. James also represents the Australia/New Zealand region as part of the Global SAS/Teradata Centre of Excellence and is a member of many SAS Global Practice teams.
