"Accelerating The Delivery of BI and analytics insights in the new Government Paradigm"
Since the Gershon Review, there is a greater emphasis placed on transparency and measurement in Government than ever before. Prior to Gershon, delivering the information and insight on Government services, policies and portfolios was a challenge in itself. With efficiency dividends being reaped and great transparency being sought, the capability to deliver faster and more effectively is a long-term requirement.
Responding to this call and providing greater insights into organisational ROI and efficiencies is part of the challenge. This session will explore how EDW is a key pillar in support of the Government’s quest for better efficiency and effectiveness and how agencies can deliver faster and more effectively to meet these new demands.
This session includes a discussion on the particular challenges faced by Government, best practice cases of what other organisations are doing to deliver rapid, repeated and demonstrable value and insight to stakeholders and how these practices can be tailored to fit the needs of Government agencies.
